This is my Ex garage! it has been converted into my `Lab-Workroom'. It is brick built with a timber/felt plus metal sheet roof, heavily insulated with Polystyrene board  to all walls, floor and ceiling with plywood sheeting on the floor. The lighting consists of 6ft-5ft cool white fluorescent  tubes and they run Pm.-Am  (4pm-8am) to stabilize temperature, which I try to keep at 70f. Added control is with the use of an exhaust  fan vented into the North G/House ,which is built on to the North side of the `Lab-Workroom', this forces a return flow of cooler air from the same g/house, through a vent
